New Wave Latin Guitar: Solo pour Guitare

The book is presented with both music notation and guitar tablature staff so that fingering and fingerboard positions can be easily cross-referenced. The accompanying on-line audio recording allows the player immediately to appreciate the feel of the music of the New Wave Latin Guitar. Chord symbols are shown to indicate background voice leadings and harmony. In creating songs or dances within the Latin/Jazz idiom, the composer is continually fine-tuning the music until he commits to print or sound recording. At this moment he has a version that is definitive for other musicians to see, hear and play. However, the earlier explorations are not forgotten and can be usedin different performances of the music.
