Alleluia was composed especially for the choral anthology IHimmelen (Scandinavian music for mixed choir, EP11410).

The piece evolves calmly but with a strong momentum, and there is a large dramatic arc across its three-part structure.

An easy to moderately difficultwork, its clear part-writing and harmony won’t place heavy demands on the choir.
