Gordon Young: Pieces(15): Orgue

Twentieth century American composer Gordon Young was a prolific creator of Choral works and pieces for Organ, some of which have entered the repertoire. Here he has created a generous array of works of different styles and moods, including a Toccata, a Prelude on ‘Blessed Assurance’, a Trumpet voluntary based on an old English Hornpipe, a Concertino based on a Bach fragment and more.The student Organist will find much to explore and enjoy in this collection.
