Johann Valentin Meder: Unser keiner lebt ihm selber: (Arr. Wolfgang Horn): Chœur Mixte et Ensemble

Johann Valentin Meder (1649-1719) was among those composers whose works have remained largely unknown to later generations. He wrote a considerable body of music, principally for Protestant religious services, but only a small part of it has survived. The only extant source for Meder's "Motetto" for solo soprano, four-part choir and instruments is a set of parts in the Library of Uppsala University.
